Ingredients:

  • 1 package of low fat muffin mix (Quaker® or Other brand)
  • 500 grams package of Apple Cinnamon Oatally Awesome
  • 1 cup of Frozen or Fresh Blueberries
  • 1 ½ cups of Water

Directions:

  1. Move rack to the centre of the oven and preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Combine muffin mix and Oatally Awesome together.
  3. Add water and gently add in blueberries combining until moist (moisture will be thick).

 

Baking Time for Regular Muffins:

  • Amount: fill pan ¾ full
  • Bake Time: 30 minutes
  • Yeilds: 24 muffins

Baking Time for Jumbo Muffins:

  • Amount: fill to top of pan
  • Bake Time: 35 minutes
  • Yeilds: 18 muffins

Baking Time for Mini Muffins:

  • Amount: fill mini pan to top
  • Bake Time: 15 minutes
  • Yeilds: 48 muffins

 

Ingredients:

  • 5 cups Ground Oatally Awesome (either flavour)
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • (optional) ¼ cup Ground Chia Seeds – helps to bind bars
  • 1 cup Pitted Dates (or Figs)
  • (optional) 1 cup Protein Powder – to increase protein content
  • 1 cup unsweetened apple sauce
  • ¾ Cup Coconut Oil

Directions:

  1. Using a blender or food processor, grind Oatally Awesome slightly (3 or 4 pulses to get medium-course texture), this will help bind your bars.
  2. Place in a bowl, add cinnamon, protein powder (if desired) and mix well.
  3. Purée applesauce together with dates and set aside.
  4. Melt coconut oil in microwave (approx. 45 sec.) or stove top method until oil is completely melted.
  5. Add applesauce mixture to coconut oil, add ground Chia and stir to combine.
  6. Add this mixture to Oatally Awesome, combine well (we use our hands).
  7. Press mixture into an ungreased 9 x 13 pan and refrigerate for  hours.
  8. Slice bars to your desired size, keep refrigerated for up to one week or wrap and freeze. Enjoy!

To make chocolate flavour basic bar recipe: add your choice of unsweetened bakers chocolate, carob chips, chocolate protein powder or regular chocolate chips. We use cocoa powder. How much? Depends on how chocolaty you want your bars!

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Coconut Oil
  • ¾ cup Brown Sugar
  • ¼ cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 ½ cup Oatally Awesome (ground)
  • 1 cup Flour
  • ½ tsp. Baking Soda
  • ½ cup Chocolate Chips

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  2. Cream together coconut oil, sugar, egg and vanilla.
  3. Then add flour, Oatally Awesome and baking soda.
  4. Mix together and fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Form into balls, place onto an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 8 minutes.

Will make approximately 36 small or 18 large cookies. If making large cookies adjust the baking time to 15 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Peanut Butter (or other nut butter)
  • ½ cup Coconut Oil
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 1 cup Ground Chia Seeds (optional – helps to bind bars)
  • 4 cups of Oatally Awesome
  • 1½ Cups of Chocolate Chips

Directions:

  1. Melt peanut butter, coconut oil and honey together using a microwave or stovetop.
  2. Using a food processor or blender, grind Oatally Awesome slightly (3 or 4 pulses to get a medium coarse texture).
  3. Add ground chia to Oatally Awesome and combine.
  4. Add dry ingredients into the wet (using your hands) and mix well.
  5. Press mixture into an ungreased 9×13 inch pan and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  6. Slice bars to desired size and keep refrigerated for up to one week or wrap and freeze.

 

Dry Ingredients:

  • 5 cups ground apple cinnamon Oatally Awesome
  • 1 cup unflavoured protein powder (optional)
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼  tsp allspice

Liquid Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut oil
  • ½ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened apple sauce
  • ½ cup caramel sauce (homemade or bought)

Caramel Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp water
  • ¼ cup coconut palm sugar
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Pinch of salt

Bring water and palm sugar to a boil, stirring constantly. Add coconut milk, vanilla and salt and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring continuously. Mixture will thicken and darken.

Using a blender, grind Oatally Awesome until it is a medium coarse texture (this will help to bind bars). In a large bowl combine all dry ingredients. In a microwave safe dish or a saucepan combine the liquid ingredients and heat until melted (about 2 minutes in microwave). Pour liquid onto dry ingredients and, using your hands to incorporate well (mixture should be thick and sticky). Place mixture into an ungreased 9×13” pan. Press down until evenly distributed.

Place in a refrigerator until cooled completely (a few hours).

Slice and serve.

You can wrap bars individually and freeze, they keep well in the freezer.

Dry Ingredients:

  • 3 cups ground Oatally Awesome Oatmeal
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp ground chia
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • Stevia to taste (optional in place of honey)

Liquid Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond milk (or other milk of your choice)
  • ½ cup coconut oil
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup apple sauce
  • ¼ cup liquid natural honey

In a food processor, grind enough Oatally Awesome Oatmeal to make 3 cups – this will help the muffins hold together. Combine all dry ingredients. In a separate bowl combine liquid ingredients, make sure egg is well incorporate into liquid. Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients, mixing together only enough to combine (do not over mix). Place into greased muffin tin and bake at 325 Degrees for 20-25 minutes. Makes 1 dozen large muffins.

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup apple sauce
  • 3 mashed bananas
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup almond milk or other non-dairy milk
  • 1/2 cup ground flax
  • 2 cups ground Oatally Awesome™
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Combine first 4 ingredients (if you desire more sweetness you can add honey, agave or stevia at this point). Add dry ingredients and raisins, lighty mix and drop by spoonful onto lined cookie sheet. Bake for 15-20 min @ 350 degrees. ENJOY!
