Oatally Awesome wasn’t created in a boardroom. It began in a kitchen, when our founder Kathy wanted to make a healthier breakfast for someone she loved. Concerned about her husband’s breakfast choices, she began combining wholesome oats with seeds, nuts, berries, fruit, and other real-food ingredients. What started as a simple act of love became Oatally Awesome—a premium gourmet oatmeal made in Kamloops, British Columbia.

Kathy believed that a better breakfast shouldn’t mean sacrificing flavor or convenience. Her goal was to create something nourishing, satisfying, and genuinely enjoyable—using recognizable ingredients without unnecessary additives or preservatives.
Today, Dion continues Kathy’s vision by sharing Oatally Awesome with people who want a delicious, wholesome way to begin their day. Every blend reflects the same care and purpose that inspired the very first batch.
